Quinoa Berry Breakfast Bowl

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Tiny Hero® Golden Quinoa
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 6-10 strawberries, sliced
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Sliced almonds (optional)
  • Honey to taste

Directions

  1. Boil 4 cups water. Add Tiny Hero® Golden Quinoa and simmer for 12-15 minutes. Drain under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, add Tiny Hero® Golden Quinoa and top with sliced bananas, strawberries, blueberries and almonds.
  3. Drizzle honey over the top.
